1. ABOUT SKILLMARK
SkillMark is corporation registered in Ontario and operates in compliance with applicable provincial and federal laws.
---
2. PROGRAMS & DELIVERY FORMAT
SkillMark offers non-vocational certificate programs delivered entirely online in a self-paced format. There are no scheduled class times, live sessions, or in-person attendance requirements. Students may complete course materials on their own schedule within the program access period confirmed at enrolment.
*These programs do not require approval under the Ontario Career Colleges Act, 2005.
Because these programs are non-vocational and not subject to the Ontario Career Colleges Act, 2005, the student protections and consumer remedies available under that legislation — including access to the Student Protection Fund — do not apply. Students are encouraged to review these Terms carefully before enrolling.
